Use as a dry rub to season steaks, pork chops, ribs, chicken or even fish.
This rub will also work well on larger cuts of meat like brisket or pork belly.
Combine with olive oil to make a wet rub. We like to pulse a few shallots and fresh garlic in the oil and then stir in a few tablespoons of your dry spice mixture.
Carefully Hand Blended with: Smoked Sweet Paprika, Thyme, Garlic Powder, Brown Sugar, Cayenne Pepper, Oregano, Nutmeg, Cumin, Salt & Pepper.
Always store your spices in a cool & dry place - this way you can expect your spice to last up to 3 years because of its purity
