Colombo powder does not get its subtle heat from chiles like most curry powders but instead from brown mustard seeeds and black pepper. The result is a sharper flavour with less heat than more traditional Indian curries... it pairs really well with goat, lamb or pork... It can equally be enjoyed as a seasoning on rice, potatoes, vegetables even fish.
Carefully blended with: Fenugreek, Coriander, Brown Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Anise, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Black Pepper & Salt.
Always store your spices in a cool & dry place - this way you can expect your spice to last up to 3 years because of its purity.
