This is a combination of cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, mace, cloves & salt. The result is a pungent, rustic combination that hits all the sweet spots in the nose and on the tongue.
This spice blend is obviously perfect for pumpkin pie, but also is great with mashed sweet potatoes or even mashed butternut squash... it can also be included in dessert recipes to enhance any pumpkin flavouring.
